RETURNS & REFUNDS
I accept returns and exchanges if returned to me in perfect condition.  Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. 

I do not provide free returns. You need to cover the cost of returning the item to me. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage. I recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to return goods, to ensure that there is proof of delivery and the goods are insured whilst in transit. I am not responsible for losses during return transit.

Refunds for goods will be made against the original method of payment used to buy them. Refunds will be made for the cost of the goods only and not for any shipping charges. 

Unless products are deemed faulty, I do not offer exchanges. In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact me at selina@selinataylorart.com. I will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable.
